My name is Emma LaBeau. I'm a 2008 graduate of Monroe Saint Mary Catholic Central High School in Monroe, Mi. I've been a two sport athlete- basketball and softball. I am currently on my 3rd package of ten sessions with Steve. I'm much quicker and stronger than ever. My explosiveness - particularly for basketball has noticeably improved. My goals were to improve my strength and quickness. I've realized great gains in both areas. My speed continues to improve on the treadmill and I've also had a huge weight increase in the vibration squat. Last winter I was 1st team All State in basketball in Michigan and averaged over 26 points per game. Training with Steve really helped my overall game- particularly my ability to take the ball past people to the basket. As I prepare for the beginning of my college basketball career, I plan to do one more summer session with Steve and continue to set new standards for myself.
