My name is Joe Vargas and for the longest time I have been meaning to work out my body to help construct the physique I have always wanted to obtain. Although I did not have much time on my hands, I decided to work to my fullest potential to conquer my weight. I wanted to lose the excess body fat while toning up my muscles. I started working out at Your Fitness Answer two months ago and it has been one of the smartest decisions I have made for my health. I have lost over 20 pounds and over 8% body fat working out in Your Fitness Answer's "Total Body Workout" circuit. I also lost a total of 12 inches off my neck, shoulders, chest, waist, and hips. Going from 16 1/4 inches on my neck to 15 1/2 was a wonderful improvement; I also decreased my waist by 3 1/4 inches, which is my proudest achievement. The circuit is perfect for me; it is a no brainier, hitting all the muscle groups, while improving my balance and keeping my heart rate kick'n throughout the workout. I have never worked my abs this hard; once around the circuit takes about 16 minutes and within that time my abs are worked seven times. I go through the circuit twice, which takes approximately 30 minutes, and that's what I like most. I'm in and out in no time at all; I feel great and have so much more energy now. Your Fitness Answer's staff will instruct you and show you different variations of exercises to do on the specialized equipment. I highly recommend Your Fitness Answer to anyone of any age, sex or fitness level.

I began working out at Your Fitness Answer about February 1, 2005. Steve is very attentive to the people at the gym and that personal attention is well received. He is eager to help with new exercises, making sure the exerciser is properly using the machines and doing the exercises correctly. I enjoy talking to Steve about the advantages of exercising and eating properly. Even though my goal of working out 3 days a week is not always met, I am finding that after less than two months of doing the 30-Minute Total Body Workout performing 45 seconds at each station, my energy level is increasing. I am enjoying coming to the gym and my clothes are a tad looser!! My goal is to have more energy as well as a better-toned body. Working out at Your Fitness Answer will help me achieve both of these goals. My tennis partner recently remarked that my forehand is getting much stronger. WOW!!! I had to tell him that this no doubt is from doing the Total Body Workout!!!
